Allow the computer for 4 months, it is never the problem and are working even faster than Windows XP. I never the crowd, as I do when Windows XP. Great computer, compact and modern. The only problem is the software, sometimes I have chosen, not many occasions, because most of them are not compatible with Windows Mac
